Community Fund
The CHWF Community Fund aims to share the benefits of Cattle Hill Wind Farm by investing in the communities around the wind farm. The Funds are intended to provide financial support to community groups, organisations and projects that provide a lasting benefit to a broad proportion of the local community.
The annual allocation of funding is a voluntary contribution from Cattle Hill Wind Farm.
Round Two - 2022
Applications for Round Two of the Cattle Hill Wind Farm Community Fund closed at 5:00pm on Wednesday 14 September 2022.
Applications are now being considered by the Community Assessment Panel and applicants can expect to hear more in early November.

CHWF was pleased to support five community projects through the inaugural round of the Community Fund in 2021:
- Steppes Hall - Maintenance
- Bothwell Golf Club - Storage facility
- Bothwell Golf Club - Youth training
- Great Lakes Community Centre, Greenhouse & Men’s Shed
- Bothwell Wellness Group - Weekly exercise class
